I want to see what lot number cartridge is associated with error messages. We have been having double the number of error codes 3 and 49 in Aug and Sept. I can pull the lot start and stop time. I can also pull the error code but would like to see the lot # used when error was produced as they overlap.

Call Siemens and tell them what you are looking for. I did something very similar and they uploaded a number of filters into POCcelerator *CLIENT*.
- There is POCellerator WEB, which you use a web browser to access
- There is also POCcelerator Client, which is a program that is installed on a specific computer that is interfaced to the server.
Depending on what you want to do, it will dictate which of the two you use.
