Hello everyone! I'm the Point of Care Coordinator for a physician-owned multispecialty group with about 36 offices currently performing waived flu/covid testing. We currently use the Sofia 2 analyzer but are looking to make the switch to molecular testing on the Abbott ID NOW. We would need to utilize RALS to interface the ID NOW instruments and were wondering if anyone has had experience with this particular setup that would be willing to speak with me and my laboratory services manager.
