Viewing Active POC Checklists on "My Teams" in HealthStream

Our POC Program utilizes the course builder "Checklist" in Heatlhstream for all of our training checklists, competency's, semi-annual tests etc... We switched to the "Checklist" format after previously using Assessments. The Checklist format does not allow us to physically view when someone signoffs/completes a checklist, unless we search in Evaluate Checklist or they choose us as an Evaluator. When you have 1000+ users this can be a very tedious way to keep track. Managers have the ability to use a "My Teams" which includes widgets to oversee their employees and pending assignments. There is a specific widget called "POC Checklist" showing due, past-due, completed and ready for evaluator signoffs. Since Point of Care is technically not a specific manager... they can only allow us Proxy Access to view managers widgets. Who wants to search thru 30 managers to view outstanding checklist...no thanks. Point of Care may not be a manager of a department, but we manage a group of 1000+ employees.
 Basically, we want HealthStream to make POC lives a little easier and build the "POC Checklist" in our "My Teams". Allowing us to view all our POC checklist that are assigned to staff. 

**Apparently the only way for this to happen... is if people go into the "HealthStream Community" under Ideas Like & Comment on our need for this change. The title is "Proxy View Access to Others’ Widgets on One's Own My Team rather than toggling".
