No longer charging for blood glcuose?

Just wondering how many of you have stopped charging for blood glucoses due to "no longer being separately reimbursed"? This will occur on the ambulatory and acute care side. It includes CPT 82947 and 82962.

Due to having so many reimbursement problems, our hospitals stopped charging for all POCT tests about 3 years ago.  For this reason, we are also rejecting most new POCT test requests.

Danyel, I do not have a link, I just read about it in an email our finance team sent out!! No notice
I had been hearing about some denials on the ambulatory side, but thought it was mostly because they were using CPT 82948. 

Kim, we stopped charging glucoscans for inpatients 10/01/2022 and started bundling it with R and B. We only bill glucoscans for outpatients now.
