Questions for those of you over seeing outpatient/clinic/POL sites, and using waived tesing
1-What are you using for PT INR for coumadin clinic-and how to you validate/determine cut off and lab value needed?
2-What are you using for a Respiratory panel (covid, flu, and RSV) pros/cons?
I am very used to hospital setting POC and our few hybrid sites that are hospital bill. Just curious as to what you might use to "validate" a test that you cannot run again a lab instrument for comparison.
