Nova Statstrip replacement meters (version 1) on backorder

Has anyone else been impacted by Nova statstrip meters on backorder? I have a good amount of broken meters awaiting replacements and am being told they are having difficulty receiving parts to build the meters. I'm specifically referring to version 1 meters. They have given me no ETA either.

When I called for a replacement last Friday they told me they were running about a week behind. It hasn't impacted me yet. So far I am just waiting on one.

It takes us up to 2 weeks to receive replacements of the Gen 1 meters due to the backorder, as of a week ago when I last called. Hoping the backorder situation hasn't worsened since then.

Hi all
Waiting since September for 2 meters....we have 3 backups for our hospital and Express Care units. As of this morning I have zero backups as one was dropped and doesn't upload!
Thank goodness most of our units have 2 meters!
Was told last week meters should be available after November 1st.
The last few months it's taken at least 2+ weeks for a replacement to arrive...NOVA is in Mass and I'm in RI!

Yes, the backorders are a big problem for us. We've been running 2-3 weeks sometimes to get replacements. Another thing we were told is they no longer are making the dual docks.
