Software for Storing Competencies

Hello everyone,

We are interested in going paperless and performing competencies using digital forms. Our hope is to go around with a tablet and have users sign their competency assessment forms and complete quizzes directly on the tablet. Does someone currently know of, or use a program that could allow us to do that? Ideally it would be able to store the signed forms in a database. We could then pull up any competencies requested by inspectors quickly by just looking them up in that program.

Any tips/recommendations are appreciated!
Thank you!

I've used a paid for electronic form format for about 4 years now and I absolutely love it.  It's called Wufoo and our whole organization uses it so I can utilize all the features not always available in the free version.  Let me know if you'd like me to show you what I've done and we can set up a Zoom or Teams call.
