Intrauterine hemoglobin monitoring POC Testing

Hello,
Our OB group needs to perform intrauterine fetal hemoglobin testing for intrauterine blood transfusion monitoring. Does anyone perform this test in the POC? If so what analyzer platform are you using?
I am going to take a guess and say this would be "off label" for all POC hemoglobin/blood gas platforms and consider it an LDT unless anyone has any solution.

Yes, I did for a short while using the EPOC system which is validated for Cord blood samples. We ran these for intrauterine transfusions using samples from umbilical cord drawn in heparinized syringes the OR prepared. It is a delicate process, I was donning PPE and running them myself in the OR.
It wasn't off label with the EPOC since it can do cord blood samples. Let me know if you'd like to discuss more: Jacob.Fray@dhha.org
