Record Storage

As a point of care coordinator with multiple sites, where do you keep your proficiency testing records? Is it required to be kept at each location, or can be stored in my office but I can have it available upon inspection? We do upload these records to MediaLab also. Could that be considered "on-site"?

We have multiple sites, as well. We had this same question last year. When we reached out to CAP, they said they just had to be readily available. We scan all of our hard copies to keep them digital. We simply show them or print them out if they need to be reviewed. That way, all we need to carry with us is our laptop.
We also have coordinators with multiple sites. We keep the books at the main site, and when we have the inspection, the inspector either comes to the main site, or we bring the books to the inspection site.
