Workday Competency Documentation

Good morning!

Our enterprise recently transitioned from myCareer (Success Factors) where the POCT Team documented all of our operators' eLearning and observation (via RedCap) to Workday. Our Learning Management Team is still learning what Workday can/cannot do, and unfortunately, has been unable to identify a way to duplicate what we used to do in myCareer, in Workday, so I am hoping to see what everyone else who uses Workday does. We still have all of our observations in RedCap, but ideally would like if everything could all be in one place. If you offer eLearning through Workday, do you offer them as modules built into bigger programs? If so, is the observation piece built into this? If observation is documented in Workday, how do you have it set up? If not, how do you document your observations? Thank you in advance!

Our hospital just transitioned to Workday from MyQuest.  We have a separate system (Dossier) for Point of Care and nursing modules that captures the observation portion.
