Sometimes it depends on what is in your contract as far as time for assignment of a technical analyst to support the project. For example ours states up to 90 days for a technical analyst to be assigned.

Thank you for your response. Once the technical support analyst is assigned, what does a standard timeline look like?

We implemented Telcor in 2016; it was a 24-week implementation.  I would say that the timeline would be influenced by the complexity of your system and the number of devices that are being connected. We had 7 devices to interface.

As other have stated, the implementation timeframe once started is dependent on your facility and complexity of build.  Once we officially signed off on the contracts we were placed in a que to start our implementation which was a couple/three months at that time.

We installed Telcor QML about 2 years ago, I suspect it was more than your typical build.

  This build was done in DUPLICATE as our system was migrating from Cerner to Epic within months of implementation of QML.  This did not include the TEST system build.  This means we had 3 completely separate system builds to contend with.

The Telcor team was excellent to work, very responsive and very knowledgeable.  I would NOT want to do this again... but wouldn't hesitate to pick Telcor again if I had too.
