CardioChek PA, Visby Respiratory and A1CNOW+ Anyone have experience with any of these tests?

Looking to see if anyone can share any knowledge of the following tests
-Visby Respiratory panel by Visby Medical, CLIA waived PCR all in one device (whole thing goes in garbage).  They also make a STI test panel.
-CardioChek PA--lipid test strip CLIA waived
-A1CNOW+

Looking for CLIA waived, easy to transport tests for a mobile clinic and school clinic.  Anyone use any of these products?
Thanks
Kim

Just sent you an email regarding the CardioChek PA.

We have the Cardiochek Plus for our Community Health and Mobile Medical unit screenings.  We use a lipid panel strip (cholesterol, HDL and Triglycerides).  They work pretty well.  Reach out with any specific questions you have.

HI Kim
Our Primary Care practices used this kit for quite a few years.  Pulled them out of the practices during this time frame 2017-2019.  Our providers didn't like the differences in values when compared to main lab analyzer (TOSHO).  I believe CAP removed them from their testing menu about the same time due to sensitivity issues.  Replaced the kit with the DCA Vantage which is a small analyzer that is working wonderfully.  One big DCA drawback, the reagent cartridges should be refrigerated but have a four-month stability at room temp.  NOVA-ONE Diagnostics QC on both the kit and analyzer....good open for 6 months refrigerated.  Quantimetrix has a room temp stable QC...21 days.
Good Luck

Which test are you describing? A1CNOW+  ?

The DCA is not portable, thinking more like a home health scenario as well. Something that can be carried into a home, small and can be moved. This is the reason Cepheid is not an option for the respiratory panel, small and waived, but does not want to travel :)
