- Spring Application Deadline: Friday, February 23
- Eligibility: To be eligible, you must have,
- A two-year degree in medical laboratory science or medical laboratory technology AND four years of direct POCT work experience (use CV and recommendations to describe), OR
-
- A four-year degree in biological, chemical, physical, or medical laboratory science or in nursing AND at least two years of direct POCT work experience (use CV and recommendations to describe).
- Application Steps:
- Login using an ADLM account (membership is not required).

- Be ready to upload a CV, transcript (or credential evaluation if outside US), and brief letter of recommendation from your current supervisor.

- Provide contact info for two (2) references (they must each submit a letter of recommendation).

- Submit the application fee once letters of recommendation are received.
- Exam:
- 150-question, multi-choice exam taken online.

- Exam is available twice each year. (May and November).

- Next exam week is May 13 – 17, 2024.
