Is there a POC device on the market for measuring serum bilirubin? Our mobile medical unit is asking for one for neonatal patients. We offer them the transcutaneous bilirubin device. However, due to its lack of sensitivity and specificity, we're looking for a POC device that utilizes the standard spectrophotometry method.
