Hello, everyone!

Is there anyone who could ever so kindly share a sample 6-moth AMR verification report with me? I just want to see a sample report. I am going to use my CalVer results, which I perform every 6 months as well. I have no idea how to present it for AMR verification. Thank you very much in advance.

Here you go. Don't let the file name turn you away - I did correlations and linearity together.

Thanks Tianna!! That report looks great. I do love EP Evaluator for their layout, specifically. Mary, what instrument type, example: gases or glucose, are you looking for. There are Excel spreadsheets that work nice as well. I can help better if I know more about the ask. Also, are you CAP, JC or COLA?

I can send you forms we use as a worksheet, but then we put it in EP Evaluator. What tests are you specifically looking for? miranda.cotter@mercy.net

@Erika Deaton-Mohney - thank you! I am looking for blood gas AMR verification sample reports. We are CAP accredited.

We do AMR studies for our blood gas system using a combination of CAP LIN13 and the manufacturer's calibration verification for our one method and show our data collectively. But for our other method, the manufacturer's calibration verification material suffices.
