Downloading Operator Proficiency reports to Excel from RALS

Hello,
Is there a way to download Accu-Chek operator proficiency reports to Excel from RALS? I only get a PDF report when download. I tried from the report listing, but there is no data, just the report title. When upgraded to our current version, I sent a help request to RALS and they responded that there is no way to download to excel

Thank you,
Tracey

We can only use the QC operator records to assist. It surprises me that the developers have not concerted their efforts on this huge POC task and can create online competency records for our documentation..

Per RALS support, the report can be downloaded by going into reports, highlighting the specific report, and selecting the export option on the upper right. However, when I do, the excel report shows the report line, not the actual report. I remember being able to download reports with the previous version of RALS without issue.

I had a similar issue with a RALS report only available in pdf.  I download and save the pdf file then run it through the online Adobe PDF converter to get an excel file.  Works great.

Paul, that's great news. I'll be giving that a try. Keith, Bud from RALS said he'll be submitting a software action request to have the ability added in the future, so hopefully that will be soon!
