DCA Reagent Lot Recall

I have just been notified of the DCA reagent recall due to positive bias.  My question is what is your protocol if you have used these lot numbers?

Yes we have continuing issues, still working on this problem. Ambulatory received updated criteria from the POC Program for guidance on 'passing' lab comparisons. It's tighter than was used prior. 
The lab comparisons done last week on all the instruments included several lot#s which makes it even more difficult to assess across the Program. Each clinic is required to supply their 'own' reagents for any lab comparison which means multiple lot#s.
We are working on setting up a reserved/sequestered lot# for reagents but that is a ways off.
