We have a new lot of testing strips, so are running a patient correlation prior to putting in place in our AntiCoag Clinic. For our correlation, we run the current lot, the new lot, and send a sample to the main lab to run on their analyzer. Our new lot #73389513 is running higher than the current lot and the lab instrument. Variation is anywhere from 0.4 - 0.8. Has anyone else seen or had this issue? I have a call placed into Roche, but this group is the best at being "in the know".

Yes, I am experiencing this issue now with lot #74519113. QC and CAP competency material are good, but the POC INR results are much higher than the main lab results. There is a greater discrepancy the higher the POC INR.
