Switching ACT from Medtronix to Hemochron Sig Elite

We are in the process of switching from Medtronix to the Hemochron Sig Elite. While we found the ACT-LR to be fairly comparable to the Medtronix results in Dialysis setting (lower range spectrum), we see more difference in the CV-OR high range study using the ACT+ cuvettes. Has anyone gone through a similar switch and have you completed target studies? What was your experience like? Did you have to change your targets?
