POC Critical result repeating

What is everyone's stance on repeating criticals for POC? I know in the past at other hospitals we were required to track repeat criticals. as far as i have seen there are no requirements for this. What is everyone else doing?

This is a somewhat complicated issue. Can I ask who is your accreditation agency and if you are specifically referring to POC locations?
We require repeats on POC Glucoses because of the high risk of variability that can happen with operator technique. We do require some blood gas repeating based on results, such as if they have 3 or more critical gas results on a sample or if there is an error on the sample results.
