lactic acid comparisons

Hello everyone,
How is everyone doing comparisons for iSTAT lactic acid (lithium heparin) to your main chemistry analyzers (sodium fluoride on ice)? This seems tedious at best. Any tips or tricks to make this an easier process?
Thanks so much for any info :)

POC lactic vs main lab lactic:

Our team goes to the ED and when a patient is drawn for labs, a plain syringe is drawn.  It is immediately tested by the POC analyzer right there in the ER.  The remaining sample is placed in the grey top and sent to the lab.  Following this, the correlations work well.
As you assuredly know,  lactic acid values elevate fast in a green top which some new POC coordinators attempt use and typically obtain poor correlations.

We sit up in our control room where the specimens come in through the tube station and look for patients that have a green and gray drawn on them.  We usually get enough patients as we are a larger facility, so the ICUs and Burn units draw these tube types frequently together.  We have drawn coworkers that volunteer if we need to get some normal values.

Hi. We run the CG4+ blue cartridge lactate but are Turing it out as a lactic result. Is this acceptable?
