Is anyone currently using the GEM Hemochron 100? I am having problems with Wi-Fi connectivity. We are replacing the Hemochron Sig Elite. Could you please share any insights or challenges you've encountered regarding its Wi-Fi connectivity. Your feedback would be incredibly helpful.
Thanks!

There are known connectivity issues with certain WiFi routers. Reach out to your Werfen ACD APPs consultant for more information

We recently went live with the GH100 in April of this year. We were unable to go wireless with these devices due to the wireless capability of the device itself, they were not compatible with our networks system. We ended up having to keep them static. We currently have a ongoing ticket with our Cisco team and Werfen. Good Luck!

Thanks Brittany! We have been working to resolve this issue with Werfen's IT Solution Team and our Network engineers for weeks. No luck!

Our devices were sending wirelessly- until all of our routers were "improved" to the most advanced technology- Wi-Fi 6e.
Once the upgrade happened- our GEM100's could not hold onto the network.  Hospital IT has had one of my instruments for the past 3 weeks, and they are working with Werfen.
There has been a workaround put in place- and the devices will send via wifi much more consistently- but it is a temporary fix.  It sometimes requires several attempts to send all results.

Please share if there are any solutions!
Tilly
