I just updated the latest CLEW (A48) and we are using RALS, everything works fine except for the part where I could not update the e-vas. I was able to upload the latest e-vas image.png but when I go back to Customization Workspace, it is still the old e-vas file. image.pngI have to uncheck the Use eVAS box in order for us to run a QC and just manually compare the ranges from the sheet. I already called the Abbott i-stat customer service and they said they will get back to me. Anybody else having the same issue?
Hello Kevin, You have the wrong eVAS file. The APOC20241371.VAS file is only for the previous CLEW A47. You need to upload APOC20241373.VAS which is compatible with the new CLEW A48.
I had an issue with actually downloading the evas file and it didn't actually download properly (it said file size was 0.0 kb. I went back onto the website, re-downloaded the evas file and made sure it was the right file size and then uploaded it into the DE customization workspace and it worked.
