Hi all, i have just taken over responsibility for a mothers and childrens hospital, and i need to verify performance of the biliruibin on the Radiometer ABL 90 versus the Roche Cobas Pro in the laboratory. I would be grateful  if anyone has had some experience on this, could share their insights.  How they done this, expected performance etc
Kind Regards
Jonathan

For the 6 month comparisons I use Sun Diagnostics commercial unconjugated bilirubin to spike 5 aliquots collected from a LiHep vacutainer. I run the whole blood on the blood gas analyzer, then spin down and run on the Lab analyzer.
