We are looking at possibly switching to a solicited interface for our Clinitek instruments. We currently used Telcor and Meditech. Does anyone currently have this setup and would be willing to talk through their workflow for this?

I have a contact that I know used Telcor and Beaker/Epic in a solicited interface setup with Clinitek instruments, but not Meditech. If you are interested, I can reach out to her to see if she would like to share her experience. I do recall her indicating that due to the solicited order nature of the setup, compliance was a daily struggle.
