Istat ABG AMR

Our facility is starting ISTAT ABG testing. I just performed my AMR but I was only able to validate the PO2 AND PC02 up to 395 and 92. The high end is 530 to 130. Does anyone use anything else bedsides istat calibration verification for this? Or do I just set my range to yhe verified range I got. Thank you.

You can use Eurotrol Hyperbaric and Hypoxic QC for really low and high levels.
We don't use anything else besides the Abbott Cal Ver and just lowered our AMR.
I use Eurotrol Hypoixic for the low end. I used to use the Hyperbaric for the high end but recently lowered our AMR and just use the Abbott cal ver. The Hypoxic is super reliable and works really well. The hyper is finicky and temperature based but we made it work for years.
Eurotrol is what i used for CG8+ cartridges and the Gem. The CG4+ I just adjusted the range to fit what I got the istat cal/ver. The Eurotrol does not work as well with that one as it is outside the range.
