GEM 5000 Screen Freezes intermittently - anyone experiencing this on a regular basis?

Our GEM 5000 screens continue to freeze intermittently, and the instrument has to be restarted making it unusable for 15 minutes. Is anyone experiencing this? Our 2 GEMs are 1 year old.

I see this occasionally. Our GEMs are 3 years old. I try to reboot each one at least once a week whenever I'm out on the units rounding.
Angie do you think rebooting weekly helps to prevent screen freezing?
I do. I think like any computer, the longer it goes without a reboot the more issues you will have. It also seems to help it be less "laggy".

This happens to us randomly and we have to restart also.
