Comparability of >2 Non-Waived Devices (epocs)

I'm in the process of implementing five epocs for our respiratory department. I'm trying to come up with a procedure for our 6-month comparisons, both epoc-to-epoc and epoc-to-RapidPoint (our backup method in the main lab). I've never had more than two of the same non-waived instrument, and I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around how to compare five identical devices to each other and to our backup method. Can I choose one epoc to be my "reference" device and compare the RapidPoint and epocs 2-5 to epoc 1? That would allow me to still do paired t-tests and linear regressions. Or would this be a situation where ANOVA would be more appropriate? Once upon a time I really enjoyed Statistics class, but that was many years ago and I'm rusty!
I would appreciate any input on how other facilities handle comparisons when they have a fleet of >2 non-waived POC devices.

There are QUALITY CROSS CHECK PRODUCTS from CAP that can be use for Instrument to Instrument correlation purposes.
