Good morning all, Has anyone else had issues getting their Istat orders from Abbott? We were supposed to get our standing order released early to be delivered on Friday and it's now Wednesday and we still don't have it. We are currently totally out of CG4 and Chem8 cartridges and down to our last EG7 boxes now. To say that this is affecting patient care is an understatement! Our rep has been trying to get answers as to where our shipment is or when it's going to be shipped but to no avail. Sorry for the mini rant but I get soooo tired of the Abbott ohoh atleast once a year. I knew I couldn't make it a year without some issue smh.
All that to see if anyone else if having an issue getting your cartridges.
Hi Adonica, where do we start----BhCG has been on back order since June, Chem 8 on allocation and our shipments do not arrive or when they do come, they are not for the correct amount. We have had 2x where they say they were delivered, but not, and then say the order was returned to warehouse??? Never in 20+ years have I heard "returned to warehouse". I think they are only focused on selling TBI and that's all they care about--it's all they want to talk about!!
We also had issues with our CHEM8 being delayed and then coming in a split shipment. Our salesperson has asked us to give them a heads up when we place an order so that they can push on their end. Very frustrating.
We haven't had too many delays but we did receive our CG4 shipment yesterday soaking wet! The outer brown box was dry and the white box inside was soaked and falling apart- so cartridge boxes were also saturated. Not even sure how this happened as it was way too much liquid to chalk it up to condensation. Odd. Keep fighting the good fight ya'll!image.pngimage.png
