Epic Beaker contractor experience?

Has anyone worked with an Epic Beaker contractor from outside your facility? We've been trying to upgrade our TEG 5000s to TEG 6s for a few years now and we finally have significant support, but our beaker team is extremely short staffed and their schedule is completely full for next year. I’ve heard that they are considering contracting this work, but our beaker team lead has many concerns. Surely other have experienced this? How did it go? Anything I should know in advance from the POC side?
