We are on the docket for the general release of QML 2.4 soon.  Did anyone go through Beta or Limited Release?  Are you willing to share your validation plan/testing you performed?  Thanks!

Hi, We signed up for this Telcor upgrade a while back but haven't heard that it is ready yet. I am also interested in hearing how others validate this upgrade.

The primary benefit of this newer version is the ability to define facility specific user access expiration dates for the different analyers systems.   We now working on scheduling our production server.
Cliff-notes:
  • We updated our *TEST* QML server to 2.4 and with Telcor's help, I built out the analyzer profiles as needed to gain this new functionality.
  • We then updated some users access to have different analyzer access expiration dates.
  • We then interfaced these analyzers to the test QML system and updated their user profiles...  The users access was updated as expected (correctly).  
  • We also ran tests from analyzer to HIS to confirm that the tests were uploading correctly, they did
    • We have a policy/template for documenting that the tests from analzyer to HIS uploaded correctly.

If you have any secondary middleware between the analyzers and Telcor QML, you must also confirm that this software can accommodate this functionality, not all can, as we discovered.

Thanks, Jeremy.  Which analyzers/secondary middlewares did you find that worked or didn't work with the multiple facility certification expiration dates?

multiple facility certification expiration dates:
  • NovaNet:  works
  • Pocellerator: does NOT work
