Pathfast HS TnI

I am getting requests from physicians to bring in the Pathfast HS TnI analyzer.  Does anyone have experience with this machine?  I know it is newer to the US, but how does it correlate with a chemistry analyzer such as the Abbott Architech or Alinity?  Pros/Cons to the Pathfast HS TnI?

Hi there, we are currently validating the Pathfast for hs TnI and D-dimer. It does not correlate well with our Atellica or Stago instruments. We are going to have difference reference ranges and a comment will be added to each result saying they cannot use the results for serial studies if the patient is later admitted to the hospital. For a pro, it is quick and you are able to run up to 6 assays at a time, but that would be my only pro. We are going to be using them at Point of Care and it is not on the same level as most Point of Care style instruments. We are very concerned with users performing the calibrations appropriately, as well as scanning the appropriate sample IDs with the correct lane assignments.
