Glucose Critical Value Documentation Compliance

How is everyone handling nursing compliance for glucose critical values?  We are looking at different ways to increase compliance for our non-treating personnel to document critical result notification to the treating care providers.
And on that note, has anyone removed POC glucose from their critical lab value list if there are hypo/hyperglycemic actions in place?

This is one of our on-going PI projects, and it is actually very successful.  In NovaNet, we have critical results configured to require a comment.  Due to character limits, our choices are "Primary nurse told", "Charge RN told", "Dr. notified", or "Performed by nurse".   We then look at the results daily and notify the employee, their manager, and their educator if there is a fallout.  Our goal was 90% compliance with critical result notification by a PCT or PMD and we were at 94% for 2023 and 2024.  We upped the goal to 95% and so far this year we are at 98%.  There are 3 ways that a result will cross without the comment.  If on the result screen the user docks the meter, on the result screen the user logs out by tapping their name in the upper right, or the meter sits undisturbed for 15 minutes while on the result screen and times out.
