RALS results won't cross to Epic

Anyone have any issues before with RALS RESULTS on all devices (different tests) not crossing to Epic/beaker. RALS says ADT messages hadn't crossed since yesterday. We have put in a ticket to reset the LIS...if this doesn't work what next?

Sounds like you need to get an emergent conference between your LIS and RALS to figure out what is going on.

we have at time had to have RALS, cycle the interface server. Does RALS indicate the server is running ?

Hello, when we have this issue, we are asking our App Engineer to restart MIG. Not sure what it stands for, the IT people know for sure, but it helped in 90% cases.

Do you have a server that sits between? We use a Corepoint and Synapse server and we had to reboot (and apply a patch) it in order to get rid of ADT errors. There should be someone from your LIS/IT/IM and RALS IT that can look at message errors behind the scenes.

If results are flowing from your devices into RALS, the MIG is likely ok.  If not, ask them to restart it.  We have a program called Cloverleaf that is in between RALS and Epic.  Occasionally that needs to be rebooted to get results from RALS to Epic.  If your RALS server is client-hosted (i.e. your IT manages it), you might ask them to reboot the server to see if it starts talking properly with all of the other services.

Critical ticket with IP. It is either Cloverleaf is down and needs to be rebooted.  IT may also need to reboot the server.  If there is no ADT coming into RALS then RALS will not know where to send the results.  Good Luck.  Always happens on a Friday.
