For those sites that converted to EPIC, did the EPIC team provide any kind of final validation report packet?

We used the CCV and MRT spreadsheets we worked through as our validation packets.
Yes, but it didn't meet the requirements of the lab for validations, a lot of components were left untested and prof of validation (screenshots and the like) was lacking as well. We were forced to do it ourselves.
