Good morning hive mind,
Does anyone have a template that you send to the staff after the POC competency & review?
I have been asked to compile a 3 or 4 question survey to email to the staff after they attend my POC class.
Rate the instructor/content.

By staff, do you mean the POC Operators or are you training (via the class) those who will conduct the 'check offs' for POC Operator new or recertification of POC testing?
Is the training class targeting both waived and nonwaived testing?

All of the tests are waived. A direct observation is not being done. I am reviewing the test(s) with nurses and MA's. I use a power point along with the product for demo.
