Good afternoon, everyone
Could anyone provide some insight on how they have identified Quality Indicator goals that are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time- bound). Any information will be helpful. Thank you.

We monitor the number of POC tests ran on invalid patient ID's and the percentage that get corrected monthly.
We also monitor the number of manual kit tests performed that the user scans in the correct LOT number for the kit monthly and our addressing this with the users.
