Abbott afinion 2 interface with RALS

Does anyone have their afinions interfaced to RALS? Is there a way to program the afinion to prevent manual entry of the operator ID? We need them to only scan in their badge barcode.
Since the afinions are interfaced to RALS and we have the operators built in RALS, the analyzer should prevent anyone trying to scan in their badge if they aren't built in RALS. What we don't
want is someone trying to get around using their badge and manually entering in a user ID of any kind. Thanks!

Do you have location assignments for your operators? If you do, that could serve as a way to keep non-authorised operators from scanning/manually entering ID numbers. That is how we are able to manage operators and those who use that instrument (not assuming that one can borrow a badge to run the test).
We have also noticed that every now and again the instrument will default to not requiring operators to scan their badges. That is something to keep an eye for.
