Manual Sed Rates in Physician's Office

Hello,  I have an office that is doing manual Sediplast ESR Testing. How often would you run QC on this type of testing?

Do they hold a Certificate of Compliance or a Certificate of Waiver? If so, all they need to do is follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
If they hold a Certificate of Accreditation, the rules are probably different. I would contact their accreditation body for information. 
Also, if they are located in the states of Washington or New York, they have their own state licensure and may have specific requirements for waived tests.
