Our highest volume clinic runs about 800 4-plex and about 600 Strep tests per month during respiratory season. I'm not sure about door-to-door times, but I know most providers will not make patients wait for results and will follow up with patients that have positive results, otherwise, patients are able to see their results in our online patient portal. Occasionally, patients will call the clinic back for results.
