Medonic M series CBC analyzer

Good morning,
One of my sites in Jacksonville has a Medonic analyzer and I wanted to get any insite or experience that you can give me. Is the one calibration vial all that's needed for their cal/ver-linearity?
The site is COLA and I'm trying to find out if they have any requirements for linearity. I know for CAP we have a linearity kit that measures the ranges to validate the analytes but I'm not sure for COLA. From what I can see the instrument is reporting out results that are outside the linearity stated in the procedure manual. Is there a way on the instrument to hide those values?

Calibration and Calibration Verification (Linearity) are 2 different thing.
If your result is interfaced, you should built rules to not report result outside of the linearity of your instrument. It should just say > your highest reportable range or < your lowest reportable range.
