Lippencott to monitor nursing competency

Do any of you have experience with using Lippencott to monitor competencies for nursing staff POC testing?
The education department in our health system was telling me that you can assign checklists, modules, training, and it's easier to monitor than how I am currently doing it. I am using MediaLab, spreadsheets, direct observation and Symplr Modules to get competencies done. Who wouldn't love to streamline this process?
I just want to see if it's worth exploring, if it's a good fit with CAP and CLIA requirements, and just to hear any feedback that will help.
