Help Needed in Two Areas Rapid Point 500 and Hemochron Gem 100

First, I want to thank everyone on this site for past help and future help. I need help with two things.
I need to know if anyone is willing to share a Siemens Rapid Point 500 procedure with me that I can tweek. I have never used the Rapid Point and the current procedure we have doesn't meet CAP standards therefore, I am reworking and just thought if someone had one that they would share with me it would help me considerably.
Next, we are installing a Hemochron GEM 100 and will be using the Signature Elite as backup. We are putting the Hemochron GEM 100 through RALS. I am now in the process of trying to set this analyzer up in RALS and was hoping someone on here would also have this type of set up and share the device configuration with me from RALS.
I appreciate the help.

Do you also have Configuration Manager installed for the GEM100? There are settings in there that are not in RALS. While RALs will supersede the CM, there are some things that can only be set up in CM. Furthermore, there are settings that also have to be implemented on the devices themselves! It can be a little tricky. When we implemented the GEM100s, we worked closely with both the Werfen Implementation Specialist and RALS technical support. They were very helpful in assisting us to tailor our configurations to our needs.
We did and I had it to configuration Manager however, while I was out the IT department worked with RALs to establish connectivity with RALS and the analyzer is now connected to RALS. This is making my life difficult. I called Werfen and they told me to call RALS. I have a call with RALS this morning. I have not been pleased with this whole install.
