What is everyone currently using for GC/CT point of care testing that is waived?

I have an outpatient adolescent medicine office asking for this testing. We do not currently offer this testing in any of our offices. Would you please share what testing platforms you are using for GC/CT waived testing? Thank you!

We are in the process of adding CT/NG testing to our Liat platform.
We are using the binx io.
Would you both be able to tell me how you like the current platform that you are using, along with any positives/negatives? Thank you!
We like our Liats, and have been using them for 5-6 years for respiratory testing. As I had said, we are not yet using it for CT/NG testing but are gearing up to implement in a few places. We have the devices interfaced through Telcor, and that is working well. Testing is easy, with no hands-on steps beyond putting the sample in the testing device. I particularly like this feature. Our validation studies showed good sensitivity and specificity for the respiratory tests, and we'll see what happens with the STI testing. We're hoping that Roche is also working on Trich for future enhancements. The devices can also be connected to a could product called iEdge, that allows for remote firmware upgrades. Once past the pandemic, we have had no issues getting supplies. Implementation was easy, with lots of help from Roche to get devices installed and training done. The main drawback is that the reagents need to be kept refrigerated, and the boxes are not small. Otherwise, we are very happy with them.
We just got an inquiry about the Binx IO, Brenda can you share your thoughts on this analyzer? It is for our ambulatory side, would not be interfaced to RALS.
Kathleen--also curious if you have started CT/NG with the LIAT
Not quite yet, Kim. We are still evaluating the best sites to implement.
