We were recently inspected by Joint Commission - do you correlate your EPOCs to Moderate/High Complexity Chemistry Analyzers?

Yes, we  correlate our EPOCs to the lab reference methods.

Yes, we correlate to our Main Lab blood gas and chemistry analyzers (for initial and periodic validations)

Yes, all nonwaived testing platforms that perform the same test within the same CLIA licensure must be correlated against each other every 6 months per JC and CAP standards.   CAP standard:  | COM.04300 | Comparability Criteria - Nonwaived Testing
