Has anyone converted from the Signature Elite to the Hemochron 100? If so, did you observe that ACT-LR results were higher than on the Hemochron 100?

Our method comparison for LR showed an -11.7 (-4.3%) bias for the Sig Elites. It is enough bias to be aware of but not necessarily concerned with. For instance: if the target value is 250 second result using the Sig Elites, then this would show a 260 second result on the GEM100. Will this impact patient care? Would a provider change course between the 250 and 260 result for ACT? That is the question for your medical director.
Good luck!
