POC PT/INR for Non-anticoagulated patients

I'm looking for a POC device (waived or moderate complexity) that measures PT/INR in a non-anticoagulated patient, primarily for stroke protocol in our emergency departments. Our hospitals and clinics currently have both iSTAT PTplus and Coaguchek XS in use in various departments but both of those are intended for warfarin-management only. Does anyone use a device that is intended for use on patients who are not on anticoagulants?

I am only aware of one device that can be used for INR on patients not being monitored for Warfarin, and that is the Werfen Hemochron Signature Elite. It is mod complex and can be used with blue-top tubes to test PT/INR. We use it in our freestanding ED/UC sites.
We also use the Hemochron Sig Elite + for stroke protocol in our ED. It works great and correlates well to our main lab methods. It is mod complex as stated by Kathleen.
We transitioned to the GEM100, but have one area that would like to perform INR on certain pre-op patients requiring epidural placement. This is an avenue I was not aware of. Thank you !
I don't believe the Hemochron 100 can do INR, only the legacy Sig Elite.
Question: Hemochron Jr. Citrate PT Cuvettes work on the Signature Elite, Yes? And the test is only for Citrated Blood, never fresh, correct?
For those of you who are using the Hemochron Sig. Elite in the ED: Does your organization have a STAT lab who performs testing? With the package insert stating the blood has to be collected 5 minutes prior to testing that to me isn't really a bedside test at that point.
The Hemochron has a PT Citrated cartridge and a PT Fresh cartridge. We're using the PT Fresh cartridge in our cath lab on fresh whole blood from the IV start.
