epoc Failed IQC result transmission

I was wondering what everyone's results look like on the patient's chart when the epoc has partial results due to one of the modules having a "failed iqc."
If the analyte modules are separate and the other values that do not have a failed iqc is still valid, on the patient's chart when it is sent over what does your patient chart say?

If the results say failed iqc on the patient chart, does the patient have questions about that.
Does any lab translate that to something else like a comment saying "result not measureable."

I've worked at 2 other hospitals in point of care but don't recall what we did so I'm reaching out to everyone here.

Thank you for any help!

We just chart "failed iQC".  I haven't received any questions from patients or physicians.

In our system, all test panels that contain failed tests are held in the POC middleware.  The users are instructed to either rerun the test OR they can submit a POC Correction form with the request to push the remaining tests to the patient's EMR.  The tests with "failed IQCP" or other errors will not post or bill.

We use EPIC Beaker, and if we have a failed IQC on a result, it crosses to Beaker as "Test Not Performed". This will also fill in for any calculated analytes that didn't work due to the failed IQC analyte.

We translate to "Result Not Available" and have any charges related to that specific test out of the full charge removed.

Ours translates to 'unable to determine'.
