Hemachron 100 vs. iSTAT and HMS

Hello. We are looking at bringing in the Hemachron 100 and are looking for some pros and cons on the device. We currently utilize the iSTAT ACTk and HMS. Anyone else transition from iSTAT and HMS to Hemochron? How do you feel results compare? In your experience, does it seem to be more accurate than the other devices or less accurate? We have noticed with our iSTAT and HMS, we have an incredibly hard time getting them to correlate at high concentrations of Heparin. Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated.

We have this setup as well with ISTAT ACTk in multiple areas and HMS in Perfusion only. Since the HMS's will eventually be sunsetted, we will have to figure out what we will do for Perfusion. Traditionally, they don't want anything to do with ISTAT. Hemochron may be a conversation. I do have some issues with running ISTAT to HMS correlations, but I do have written instructions. They need tweaked a bit, so let me do that and I can email those to you!
Also, some of our physicians have repeatedly voiced their dislike of ISTAT ACT. I think it is because they are more used to Hemochron.
