GH 100 and Telcor

I am having trouble getting operators to cross into the GH100s.  Certification, testing privileges, and operator device parameters are all complete (they look just like my settings and I can log in).  I have powered off the meters twice and done EQC twice with no luck.  We are wireless and meters are connected to the network...any ideas?

Thanks,
Cindy

Hi there! We just finished a big GEM100 project. I did notice that for GEM100 users, you need to add GH100 to the Operator/Device Parameters. That is the section just above the Device Type.

You will need to add the GEM100 for device type, add their code for both Device Code and Password. It should auto populate for Authority Level 4 and Sample Record Type of Patient and QC.

You can also reach out to Telcor. They are a great help!

Erika,
Sorry I missed your call, could you try again?  I do have all the necessary settings in QML.

Hi Cindy,

Did you get this taken care of? Do you have this listed for your operators?

Is everything set appropriately on ITs end as far as IP Address/Ports? Also, if you have any characters such as ( ) or - in the names, it will not send to the device.

Our meters are communicating/updating well now, thanks for checking on me!  I had retired but came back prn to help out for a while.  My brain wants to stay retired! :)
